Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Artiphoria lawfully. Do not generate or distribute content that infringes rights, facilitates abuse, or violates applicable law.
Content and AI output
You retain your rights in uploaded content and are responsible for having permission to use it. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to other output; review it before relying on or publishing it.
Plans and credits
Paid plans renew as shown at checkout until cancelled. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and are granted and spent according to the plan and action shown in the app.
Availability
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Features may change, and access may be limited to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
